Lifetime warranty on hand stitching

We offer a guarantee depending on the type of processing: unquilted products for 2 years, machine quilted for 3 years and hand quilted for the entire lifetime. It does not mean your personal life, but a commitment to lasting quality craftsmanship. Our products are designed for heavy use. Italian leather and precision stitching will last for thousands of sessions. But even masterful work can require attention over time - a cracked seam after years of hard use or a loose rivet. That's exactly why we're here.

Production to order

We produce each piece individually to your specifications. Therefore, our products are covered by the legal exception to the right of withdrawal. Once we start production to your specifications, the goods cannot be returned. It's not a restriction - it's proof of the exclusivity of what you receive.

What the warranty covers

Defects in materials and workmanship throughout the life of the product. If you find a weakness in our craftsmanship - seam, joint, construction - we will repair or replace.

What the warranty doesn't cover

Normal wear and tear from use, patination of leather, scratches, discoloration from oil or sweat. Damage from improper storage (moisture, direct sunlight, temperature extremes). Impact from sharp objects, chemicals or improper care.

How to claim

Email us at wolf@wolfleather.art with photographs and a description of the problem. We will assess and agree on a course of action. We will deliver the repaired or new product within 30 days of receipt. If the situation becomes complicated, we will find a solution together.
A quality instrument deserves care - regular cleaning, conditioning of the skin, dry environment during storage. Then it will last for generations.
