We offer a guarantee depending on the type of processing: unquilted products for 2 years, machine quilted for 3 years and hand quilted for the entire lifetime. It does not mean your personal life, but a commitment to lasting quality craftsmanship. Our products are designed for heavy use. Italian leather and precision stitching will last for thousands of sessions. But even masterful work can require attention over time - a cracked seam after years of hard use or a loose rivet. That's exactly why we're here.
We produce each piece individually to your specifications. Therefore, our products are covered by the legal exception to the right of withdrawal. Once we start production to your specifications, the goods cannot be returned. It's not a restriction - it's proof of the exclusivity of what you receive.
You can count on our products. If a problem arises during normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us. We review each complaint on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a fair solution—whether through repair, replacement, or another appropriate measure, depending on the nature of the defect.
However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from use, the natural aging of the leather, scratches, or discoloration caused by oil or sweat. Damage caused by improper storage (moisture, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures). Damage caused by sharp objects, chemicals, or improper care.
